Tokenomics

The K3K project prioritizes three factors: easy access to play, gameplay with varied strategic components, and a sustainable economic mechanism for all P2E players. Many P2E games on the market are close to labor for earning solely, with relatively basic play and quality, and have a fundamental problem of fast losing token value due to high token supply and a poor burn structure to secure early players. The breakdown of the game token economy limits game persistence, which is a common problem of the first-generation GameFi architecture.

K3K creates a sustainable gaming economy by implementing the POR (Proof of Rank) and HRFO systems (High Ranker First Out).

POR (Proof of Rank)

Most P2E games are rewarded according to the number of gameplays performed by players or the weight of time. In-game currency given as a reward is issued with liquidity in the market, which causes problems by generating an N-fold token supply in the market as the number of players increases N-fold.

K3K aims to solve the problem with a distribution system that pays seasonal rewards according to a ranking index that indicates how much time, talent, and goods have been invested to find various game strategies. It motivates players by determining seasonal compensation limits based on DAU and distributing differentially through a ranking proof within that limited token.

HRFO (High Ranker First Out)

K3K gives exit priority to users who achieve a high ranking. This makes it possible for heavy and active users to maintain the expected supply while receiving reasonable compensation. Light users will also be guaranteed a minimum exit amount. But remember, it's more efficient to be a high ranker through reinvestment than frequent small exits.
